We raise the curtain for a Broadway-themed concert featuring Des Moines-based vocalist Gina Gedler with music including your favorite melodies from hit shows Wicked, Fiddler on the Roof, West Side Story and more.  We may even throw in a tune by that music man from Mason City.  Join us for an afternoon where we bring The Great White Way right to you.

TICKETS: Admission is by season membership or individual concert ticket ($15) available for purchase at the door. Students & children (with an adult) are always welcomed free of charge at Symphony performances. 

GINA GEDLER AND THE SOYA VISTA JAZZ ORCHESTRA- plays swinging, lounge jazz music from the 50's thru the 70's.   This is a seven-piece ensemble that specializes in cool mainstream lounge jazz music from the 1950’s thru the 1970’s.   It is a mixture of big band sound and some reduced combo format music as well.  This band features music from: Frank Sinatra, The Andrew Sisters, Billie Holiday, Henry Mancini, Burt Bacharach, Antonio Carlos Jobim, Peggy Lee and Bessie Smith.  The music is lively and hip as well as smooth and sophisticated! Come and join us for some cool tunes!
